摘要
通过水热法在120℃下,以六水硝酸铈为铈源,以尿素的水解来提供碳源,以聚乙烯醇做形貌控制剂,制备了具有梭形形态的单晶碱式碳酸铈一维纳米结构。在500℃下煅烧10h后,得到了具有梭形形态的多晶二氧化铈。测试结果表明,所制备的碱式碳酸铈和二氧化铈均具有梭形形貌,其中碱式碳酸铈为正交相单晶,而二氧化铈为面心立方多晶。
Orthorhombic phase single-crystalline cerium hydroxide carbonate (Ce(OH)C03) with shuttle morphology have been successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method at 120℃ using Ce(NO3)3-6H2O as the cerium source, aqueous carbamide as both an alkaline and carbon source and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the surfactant. Polycrystals ceria (CeO2) with shuttle morphology have been fabricated by a thermal decomposition-oxidation process at 500℃ for 10h using single-crystalline Ce(OH)CO3 with shuttle morphology as the precursor. The shuttle morphology of Ce(OH)CO3 was sustained sfter thermal decomposition-oxidation to CeO2.
