摘要
树枝形高分子是一类新型的高度分支的具有可控的组成的分子,其结构包括3个组成部分:核心、内部分支单元、末端分支单元。聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)树枝形高分子内层存在空腔,含有大量含N的官能团(伯胺、叔胺、酰胺等),其特殊的结构决定了在众多领域具有相当广泛的应用前景。
Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers is a new highly branched polymer with controlled composition and architecture consisting of three structural components: a core, interior branch cells and terminal branch cells, there are cavums inside of the ployamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers, and plenty of function groups which including much nitrogen (primaryamine,tertiaryamine,amide etc) its special structure enable them has a very wide application in many fields.
