以过氧化苯甲酰为氧化剂合成聚苯胺纳米纤维

Preparation of polyaniline nanofibers initiated by benzoyl peroxide

摘要 以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为氧化剂,在油/水两相体系中制备了聚苯胺纳米纤维。研究了温度、酸的种类、氧化剂浓度及酸度等聚合条件对聚苯胺形貌的影响。研究结果表明当BPO浓度为0.8mmol/L时,在2.0mol/L的盐酸介质中所合成的聚苯胺纳米纤维较好,温度对形貌没有明显的影响。当盐酸浓度〉2.0mol/L或采用硫酸、有机酸做酸性介质时无聚苯胺纳米纤维生成。提出了纳米纤维生长机理。 Polyaniline nanofibers were prepared by benzoyl peroxide oxidation. The experimental results indicate that temperature has no obvious effect on the morphology of the products. When the acidity of the solution is higher than 2.0mol/L, H2SO4 and organic acids were used, no polyaniline precipitations were obtained. The concentration of the oxidant has significant effect on the morphology of polyaniline. A growth mechanism of the polyaniline nanofibers is also proposed.
