摘要
概括了碳纳米管(CNTs)作为一维纳米结构构筑模板的优势,重点评述了在以CNTs为模板制备CdS@CNTs核壳异质结构纳米线方面的研究进展,通过代表性的研究工作介绍了以CNTs为模板制备多种CNTs/无机半导体核壳异质结构纳米线的新成果,并对相关研究领域目前存在的关键问题进行了归纳与点评。
This review presented the advantages of the usage dimensional nanostructures, highlighted the progresses in of the carbon nanotubes (CNTs) as template to construct one the fabrication of CdS@CNTs core/shell heteronaowires, demonstrated some recent results of the preparation of various CNTs/inorganic semiconductor core/shell nanostructures by using CNTs as templates, and finally list a few interesting topics in this research area.
