摘要
制备了核壳结构的ZnO光催化剂,并研究其光催化活性。核壳型复合材料拥有很多新颖的性质。第二类核壳结构的光生电子和空穴被分别束缚在核层与壳层中。电子空穴的空间分离有利于催化活性原子团的生成,因此可以提高光催化剂的性能。
Core-shell structure ZnO catalyst was prepared by chemical precipitation .The catalysis property was studied in our research. Core-shell structure composite nanoparticles are expected to have many novel properties. In type Ⅱ core-shell nanoparticles, one carrier is mostly confined to the core, while the other is mostly confined to the shell. Because of the spatial separations of carders, the reactive radicals are easy to form on the catalysis surface.
