摘要
用旋涂技术成功制备了一类新型萘酞菁配合物(八异戊氧基-2,3-金属萘酞菁)气敏薄膜.对薄膜进行了AFM分析,结果表明,薄膜表面均匀、平整。首次系统研究了萘酞菁配合物旋涂膜对NO2的气敏性,100℃时薄膜对NO2具有较好的响应、可逆性以及较快的响应和恢复时间。分析了配合物的中心金属对气敏性能的影响。
The spin-coated films of new naphthalocyanine complex (Octa-iso-pentyloxymetallonaphthalocyanine) were fabricated by spin-coating technique and the surface morphology of films was investigated by AFM. The results indicate that the films are uniform and smooth. The gas sensing properties to NO2 of spin-coated films of naphthalocanine complex were studied for the first time. The thin films have good response, reversibility and response and recovery time to NO2 at 100℃. The influence of the central metal of naphthalocyanine complexes on gas sensitivity was analyzed.
