摘要
对高沸醇木质素和酶解木质素进行化学改性,增加木质素的亲水性,制得新型高聚物木质素酚和木质素氨基酚衍生物,研究了木质素衍生物与木瓜蛋白酶之间吸附特性。结果表明:这几种木质素衍生物都能吸附木瓜蛋白酶;经改性的酶解木质素氨基酚和高沸醇木质素酚的吸附性能优于高沸醇木质素,且吸附后的酶还能保持一定的活性,木质素及其衍生物有望成为木瓜蛋白酶的浓缩吸附剂或固定化的载体。
Derivatives of HBS lignin and enzymatic hydrolysis lignin were synthesized by phenol and aminophenol, which could increased the hydrophilicity of lignin. The adsorption between lignin derivatives and papain were investigated. The results showed that these kinds of lignin derivatives were able to adsorbed papain ,the adsorption abilities of aminophenol and phenol derivatives of HBS lignin were better than HBS lignin. The activities of the papain were kept after the adsorbing on the surface of lignin derivatives. The lignin aminophenol and enzymatic hydrolysis lignin could be used as new concentrate absorbents of enzyme or new carriers in enzyme immobilization.
