摘要
以高活性聚异丁烯(PIB)和苯酚(C6H50H)为原料,三氟化硼乙醚-三氧化二铝(BF3 ·C4H10O-Al2O3)为复合催化剂合成了对聚异丁烯苯酚。并通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和超导核磁共振光谱(NMR)对合成的对聚异丁烯苯酚进行了研究,结果表明此法合成的对聚异丁烯苯酚具有很高的选择性,产物中不含其它异构体。采用差示扫描热分析(DSC)对合成的对聚异丁烯苯酚的进行分析,结果表明对聚异丁烯苯酚与高活性聚异丁烯相比,具有较高的热稳定性。
Synthesis of P-polyisobutylene phenol by alkylation of phenol (C6H5OH) with high active polyisobutylene (PIB) in the presence of BFyC4H10O-Al2O3 as complex catalysts. The P- polyisobutylene Phenol was investigated by the fourier transform infrared spectroscope (FT-IR) and the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), the results showed that there was remarkable choice of the P- polyisobutylene phenol and there were no other isomers. The P-polyisobutylene Phenol was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the result showed that the heat stability of The P- polyisobutylene Phenol was higher than the high active polyisobutylene.
