摘要 目的:考察不同血袋样品中还原物质的总量及其影响因素。方法:向空塑料血袋内充入公称容量的高纯水,在121±1°C的饱和蒸汽压下浸提30分钟,然后采用间接碘量滴定法对血袋水浸提液中的还原物质总量进行滴定分析。结果:一般来说,血袋袋体材料的配方(厂家、批次)是影响还原物质总量的主要因素;提高保存温度,还原物质的总量增加;血袋的还原物质总量随时间延长缓慢增加;全血袋的还原物质总量最高,其次是转移袋和未灭菌袋。结论:厂家、批次、类型、保存温度、时间等因素对血袋还原物质总量都有不同程度的影响,本实验结果为一次性塑料血袋的生产、储存、质量控制和监测提供了有益的参考依据。 Objective Studies on total reducing substances released from plastic blood bags and on the affecting factors. Methods Fill the empty blood bags with high pure water according to its vested capacity and extract them at 121±1℃ for 30 minutes. Then the aqueous extract was determined by indirect iodimetry. Results general speaking, the material formula of blood bags (company, batch) has a dominating affection on total reducing substances released from plastic blood bags. The higher conservation temperature and the longer conservation time, the more total reducing substances. Total reducing substances released from whole blood-bags are more than transfer bags and unsterilizafion bags. Conclusion factors such as company, batch, type, temperature, time, et al, have different affection on total reducing substances released from plastic blood bags. The results of this method can be used for the manufacture, conservation, quality control and supervision of plastic blood bags.
