枯草芽孢杆菌对克氏原螯虾免疫机能的影响 被引量:32

摘要 在饲料中分别添加0、1×109、3×109和5×109cfu/kg枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),测定投喂相应饲料后第1、4、7、14、21、28天以及停止投喂枯草芽孢杆菌后的第7、14天克氏原螯虾(Procam barus clarkii)的血淋巴吞噬活性、血清溶菌活力、抗菌活力以及酚氧化酶活力。结果显示:实验组(含枯草芽孢杆菌的饲料组)的吞噬活性于投喂枯草芽孢杆菌后第7天开始显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的溶菌活力、抗菌活力明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并在停药后仍维持较高水平(P<0.05);此外,酚氧化酶活力也有所增加。本研究表明,枯草芽孢杆菌对克氏原螯虾的免疫机能有促进作用。 The purpose of this study is to determine the variance of immune function of Procambarus clarkii after being fed with the diets added Bacillus subtilis dosed at 0 cfu/kg, 1 × 10^9 cfu/kg, 3 ×10^9 cfu/kg or 5 × 10^9 cfu/kg, respectively. Such activities like the phagocytic activity of leukocytes, lysozyme activity in serum, antibacterial activity and phenoloxidase acticvity were tested at 1st, 4th, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th day. The same tests were also conducted 7th and 14th day after the stop of feeding. The results indicated that the phagocytic activity of leukocytes of the experimental groups(the shrimp in these groups were fed with Bacillus subtilis) were significantly higher than control group at 7th day of the experiment(P 〈0. 05 ). The lysozyme activity and antibacterial activity of the experimental groups were also significantly higher than control group( P 〈 0. 05 ), and this high level of activity persists even after stopping the additive (P 〈 0. 05 ). In addition, the phenoloxidase activity was improved. The paper showed that the Bacillus subtilis has positive effect on the promotion of immune functions of Procambarus clarkii.
