微波辐射下8-取代嘌呤核苷的绿色合成 被引量:1

Green Synthesis of 8-Substituted Purine Nucleosides under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 8-溴嘌呤核苷与亲核试剂在水溶液中,于400W,95℃微波辐射5min合成了10种8-取代嘌呤核苷,收率72%~92%,其结构经1HNMR和13CNMR表征。 8-Substituted purine nucleosides in yield of 72% - 92% were synthesized from 8-bromopurine nucleoside and nucleophilic reagent at 95 ℃ and 400 W under microwave irradiation for 5 min in water. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR and ^13C NMR.
