山东省1973名大学生性态度及性行为调查分析

Survey of sexual attitude and sexual behavior among 1973 undergraduates in Shandong Province

目的了解大学生性态度及性行为的现状,为开展大学生艾滋病健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,在济南市3所大学抽取1973名大学生作为调查对象,进行性态度及性行为的调查。结果大学生正确的性态度持有率较低,各学校之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),愿意使用安全套的态度持有率较低,各学校之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论大学生性观念比较开放,对使用安全套的重要性认识不足,应加强大学生的性健康教育。

Objective To investigate the status of sexual attitude and sexual behavior among undergraduates, and to provide theoretic evidence for AIDS health education. Methods A survey was conducted among 1973 undergraduates in three colleges in Jinan City by cluster random sampling. Results The rate of correct sexual attitude among undergraduates was low, there was significant difference among these schools （P 〈 0.05 ）. Only a small number of undergraduates would like to use condom, there was also significant difference among these schools （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Undergraduates have opening sexual attitude, but they are lack of correct consciousness and skills to protect themselves, sexual health education should be strengthened in college students.
