摘要 目的探索以社区为载体的人群合理营养干预方式。方法对两组居民采取不同健康传播方式进行营养干预,Ⅰ组是通过人际交流方式,Ⅱ组是通过大众传媒方式。结果干预前,两组调查对象之间营养知识知晓率、营养态度方面均无显著性差异。干预后,营养知识知晓率Ⅰ组高于Ⅱ组,知晓率的改善程度Ⅰ组好于Ⅱ组,对改变不良饮食习惯和早餐重要性认识方面,Ⅰ组有了明显改善,Ⅱ组则没有改善;日常饮食与中国居民膳食指南推荐摄入量的符合情况以及每天吃早餐情况两组均无明显改善。结论开展社区营养健康教育能提高居民的营养知识水平,不同传播方式对社区居民营养知识、态度有一定影响。 Objective To explore the community-based intervention mode for public nutrition. Methods Different health communications for nutrition were conducted among two groups, Group I received inter-personnel communication, GroupⅡ received mass communication. Results There were no differences in nutrition knowledge awareness rates and the nutrition attitude between two groups before intervention. After intervention, the knowledge awareness rates were higher and increased more in Group Ⅰ than that in Group Ⅱ ; Group Ⅰ demonstrated significant improvement in the attitude on changing bad eating habit and the importance of breakfast, but the group Ⅱ didn ' t; but there was no significant improvement of behavior in both groups. Conclusion Community-based nutrition health education play an important role in improving the level of inhabitants' knowledge. Whatever communication methods used can demonstrate some effects on improving the nutrition knowledge and belief of inhabitants.
