美容美发业公共用品微生物污染状况的分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Microbial Contamination of Public Utensils in Cosmetology Shops

目的研究南宁市美容美发业公共用品的卫生质量,为加强消毒管理工作提供理论依据。方法对南宁市625家美容美发店(美发店414家、美容店211家)进行卫生消毒设施配备、公共用品清洗消毒情况的卫生学调查及其公共用品抽样检测。结果采取正确消毒措施的美发店为32.66%、美容店为62.31%;抽检毛巾类3898份,细菌总数合格率为82.14%,有39份毛巾检出大肠菌群;抽检美发、美容工具类3292份,有l8份样品检出大肠菌群,l0份样品检出金黄色葡萄球菌。结论南宁市理发、美容业公共用品清洗消毒不规范现象严重,今后需规范落实消毒措施。

Objective To study of Status of sterilization of public items used in cosmetology shops in Nanning City and provide basis for disinfection managerial work. Methods Disinfection effect of articles and implements in 625 cosmetology shops（414 hairdressing rooms and 211 beauty shops）in Nanning were evaluated with general principles of hygiene evaluation. The articles and implements were sampled to test. Results The correct disinfection measures were taken in 32.66% hairdressing rooms and 62.31% beauty shops. The eligible rate of total bacterial count was 82. 14% in 3898 towels samples, while coliform bacteria population were found in 39 towels samples. Coliform bacteria populations were found in 18 haircut tools and the Staphylococcus aureus was found in 10 haircut tools. Conclusion The phenomenon of the nonstandard disinfection in Articles and Implements in cosmetology shops was serious. It is necessary to regulate and implement the disinfection measures.
