摘要
用枯落物浸提液生物鉴定的方法,研究了糙叶树对马尾松幼苗生理活性的化感作用。结果表明,糙叶树对受体光合色素含量和质膜相对透性的影响,表现为促进作用;对受体光合速率和蒸腾速率的影响,表现为抑制效应。对氮、磷吸收的影响表现出低促高抑的作用趋势,而对受体钾元素的吸收,则表现出一定的促进效应。
The effects of allelopathy of Aphananthe aspera on the physiological activities of masson pine seedling was studied, using the biological identification method with litter extract solution. The results showed that chlorophyll content and cell membrane permeability of the receptor plant were increased with different treatments of the donor; but were reduced on photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate. The nitrogen and phosphorus absorption of donor Aphananthe aspera presented a trend of promotion in low concentration and an inhibition in high concentration, on the potassium absorption they expressed a certain accelerative effect.
