摘要
利用贵州3所高校1305份调查问卷数据来透视大学生的心理状况,发现绝大部分独生子女类新生自认为其心理不健康,根据数据找到这种消极自我评估的主要表现并作分析,为教育主体主动定位这部分学生进而释疑解惑提供了数据支持,并建议以马斯洛需要层次理论为指导,开设以"体验式"学习为主要方法的心理健康教育公共课,缓解其心理偏差,促进心理健康发展。
The research perspectives the development of the college students' psychology, according to 1 305 questionnaires from 2, universities in Guizhou province. It shows that most of the freshmen from nuclear families are considered to be mental unhealthy. Based on the data, we can find out primary representations of this negative self-evaluation and analyze the causations further. It provides a data basis of orientating college students forwardly and disabusing for educators. Finally, we supply advice on how to abate their mental warp and promote health develoment by courses of mental health based on experience-based training according to Maslow' s hierarchical theory of needs.
