欠发达地区经济发展与环境变化的协调性研究——以贵州省为例

Analysis of regional economy development and eco-environment in underdeveloped areas——a case study of Guizhou Province

经济发展和环境演变是当今世界普遍关注的问题,环境和经济之间存在着复杂的交互耦合关系。在选取表征环境-经济系统特征指标体系的基础上,通过灰色关联分析和效益函数模型,研究区域环境与经济发展的协调性,以贵州1990-2003年的统计数据为基础进行了实证研究。结果表明：技术水平和经济规模是影响区域环境质量的主要因子,资源消耗量主要受产业结构的影响;环境与经济发展的协调度在1990-1995年缓慢上升,1995年后逐渐下降。在今后经济发展中,应当加大环保力度,增加技术投入,提高环境治理能力。调整产业结构,减少经济发展对资源的依赖和对环境的破坏,实现区域可持续发展。

A close relationship exists between economic development and environment quality. Based on serial statistics data from 1990 -2003 in Guizhou Province, the economic development and environment coupling rules have been researched. The results show 1 ） through grey associative analysis, it can be seen that technique level and industry expansion are the key factors for changes in this area, 2） there exists significant phase for the temporal evolvement of economy and environment coupling, the coordinated degree goes up from 1990 - 1995, but goes down after 1995. In the future economic development ,environmental protection should be strengthened to improve the capability to control environment. But as an underdeveloped area, it would be very difficult to rely on itself without support from the central government.
