摘要
研究主要通过在大学体育课上和课外体育活动中采取教学干预的方法,对大学生进行为期4个月的体育教学干预教育,采用《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》作为测试大学生心理健康的标准,调查秦皇岛高等职业技术学院2003级学生在实施教学干预前、后的心理健康变化情况,分析实施教学干预策略对大学生心理健康的影响。
Through the experimental research on the intervention in university PE teaching and outside physical activity. Intervention strategy of four months for university students has been carried out using SCL - 90 as mental health standards. Investigation of changes before and after the experiment has been conducted to analyze the influences on university students.
