分类综述植物多糖组分中糖醛酸定性及定量的各种分析技术及其应用,介绍这些分析技术的应用原理、实例以及各自的优缺点与发展前景。多糖的组分分析是多糖质量控制和提供多糖基本信息的重要环节。
The varied qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques for uronic acid in plant polysaccharides and the application thereof were reviewed respectively. The principles, examples, merits and demerits of the application of these analytical techniques and their development prospect were introduced. Analysis of polysaccharide composition could play a key role in conducting its quality control and providing its essential information.
