综述青霉素类、头孢类、碳青霉烯类等β-内酰胺类抗生素中高分子聚合物杂质的分离与检查方法的研究进展,其中包括凝胶色谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效毛细管电泳法、离子交换色谱法、大孔树脂法等。

Recent researches on the isolation and test methods for high-molecular weight polymer impurities in β-1actam antibiotics--penicillins, cephalosporins and carbapenems, including GFC, HPLC, HPCE, IEC and/Vlacroporous Resin, were reviewed.
