摘要
目的:测定舟车丸中大黄素和大黄酚含量。方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定舟车丸中大黄素和大黄酚含量。色谱柱:心phere ODS(4.6mm×250mm,2.5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(70:30),检测波长:254nm,流速:1mL/min,进样量:10μL。结果:大黄素和大黄酚分别在0.0524—0.2620和0.1228—0.6140μg范围内线性关系良好,其平均回收率分别为96.70%和97.33%,制剂中其他味药材对含量测定无干扰。结论:该方法准确、操作简单、专属性和重现性良好,可以有效用于舟车丸的质量控制。
Objective: To determine emodin and chrysophanol in Zhouchewan pills. Methods: Emodin and chrysophanol in Zhouchewan pills were determined by RP-HPLC. An Allsphere ODS column (4.6 mm× 250 mm, 2.5 μm) and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (70:30) as the mobile phase were used at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, with a detection wavelength of 254 nm and an injection volume of 10 μL. Results: For emodin and chrysophanol, the linear ranges were 0.052 2 - 0.062 0 and 0. 122 8 - 0.613 8 μg respectively; the average recoveries were 96.58% and 97.33% respectively. Other ingredients in the pills had no interference with the determination. Conclusion: The method is acurate, simple, specialized and reproducible. It is suitable for quality control of Zhouchewan pills.
