摘要 对机抖激光陀螺进行了随机振动响应分析,以考察其承受动力学环境的能力。介绍了基础激励下结构随机振动响应的分析方法,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了机抖激光陀螺的有限元模型并进行了模态分析,与试验结果对比表明,计算误差<7%,验证了模型的合理性和精确性。对机抖激光陀螺的轴向和横向随机振动激励进行了有限元计算,对轴向激励下随机振动的试验结果和有限元分析结果进行了对比,通过分析对结构加速度响应的功率谱密度等统计量,研究了随机振动试验中机抖激光陀螺结构的随机响应,指出了现有结构设计的薄弱环节,提出了改进意见,为机抖激光陀螺的研发和设计提供了参考依据。 In order to research the performance of mechanically dithered Ring Laser Gyroscope(RLG) against the dynamic environment, the random vibration analysis is presented. The analysis method of structural random vibration response by the base excitationis described. The finite element model of mechanically dithered RLG is established and its modal analysis is performed by the finite element software ANSYS. It has been proved by the experiments that the model is reasonable and accurate, and the calculate error is less than 7%. The responses on axial and transversal random vibrations of mechanically dithered RLG are analyzed with the finite element model and the experiments and analysis results are compared. By analyzing the Power Spectrum Density (PSD) of acceleration response, the random vibration characteristic of mechanically dithered RLG is assessed. By analyzing the weakness of the present structure, an anti-vibration suggestion is put forward, which is useful to improve the structure design and reform for the further development of RLG.
