摘要
在考虑结构阻尼的情况下运用结构动力学分析方法,研究了惯性振动输料机激振电机减振设计的激振频率条件,并详细分析了结构阻尼和主振弹簧的刚度参数对激振电机和料槽振动振幅的综合影响.结果表明,可以通过调节阻尼或主振弹簧的刚度来改变振动输料机的生产能力.
The structural dynamics analytical method was used to analyse the vibration of inertial vibrating con- veyor and the design conditions of activating frequency based on structural damping.The effects of structural damping and main spring stiffness on amplitude of electric motor and carrier were also synthetically expounded with datum analysis.The results showed that the production power of conveyor could be controlled through changing damping or main spring stiffness.
