浅谈高职院校图书馆工具书库的建设

高职院校图书馆的纸本工具书具有重要的应用价值,并拥有广泛、稳定的读者群,其地位和作用是网络信息所无法取代的。重视和加强图书馆工具书库的建设与管理,是高职院校建设与发展的重要环节。因此,工具书库应主动适应高职院校的专业发展的要求,不断加强设施建设和资源补充,及时加工、整理工具书的再版文献,努力向读者提供有效的服务措施;要充分利用学校的报刊、校园网、宣传橱窗和读书座谈会来加强图书宣传,引导和帮助读者加深对工具书的认识,只有这样才能充分发挥出工具书库应有的作用,最大限度地向读者提供优质服务,满足不同读者的需要。

Paper-printed reference books in higher vocational colleges proved crucial applicable value and of extensive and steady reader group , which could not be substituted by network information . Giving priority and consolidating management on reference book stacks turned out to be the critical segment in the construction and development , therefore, reference book stack should actively adapt to the development of specialty and constantly consolidate infrastructure and resource supplementation , processing and trimming republished files and documents to provide readers with effective and efficient service . With strengthening emphasis on journals and newspapers, campus network, propagandizing shop- window and readers＇ seminar to guide and assist readers＇ awareness on reference books to efficiently unleash functions and provide excellent service , satisfying readers＇ requirement of various levels.
