PCA在福建海岛草丛植被排序中的应用

Application of PCA in ordination of coastal island herbal communites in Fujia Province

应用主成分分析(PCA)技术,对福建海岛草丛群落样地进行排序,排序结果与等级聚合分类的结果基本上一致.揭示了影响海岛草丛群落分布的主导因子是土壤(包括 A 层有机质、土壤类型、A 层全 N 量和土壤水分指标),表明了主成分分析的排序技术可用于研究草丛群落之间的相互联系以及群落分布与环境的关系,有助于草丛群落的分类研究.

The method of principal component analysis(PCA)was used to ordinate the plots of coastal island herbal communities in Fujian Province.The result was identified to be nearly coincided with that of cluster analy- sis,which indicated that the organic matter and moisture of A horizon and the soil types were the dominant fac- tors which effected the distrihution of coastal island herbal communities.It was found that PCA was applicable in the study of the relationship among the herbal communities and the relationship between the distribution of herbal communities and their corresponding environments,and was helpful in their classification.
