林州市的多数农村青年的素质较以前有了很大提高,但与社会主义新农村建设的要求仍有差距。应通过全面提高农村青年的文化教育水平,广泛开展职业技能培训,鼓励进城务工青年返乡创业等途径开发农村青年人力资源。

The current majority countryside youth＇ s quality had the large scale level enhancement compared before in Lin Zhou, but which have a bigger distance with our new rural reconstruction country. We should develop human resources of rural youth in some ways： improving Comprehensive and educational level of the rural youth, developing extensive training of vocational skills, encourage the youth of the return of migrant workers to entrepreneurship, and so on.
