藏雪鸡羽毛制剂对小白鼠的促血凝作用

Coagulant function of extract fluid of tibetan snow cock's feather in little white rat

小白鼠肌注藏雪鸡羽毛制剂，用玻片法测定其凝血时间的变化。结果：注药前凝血时间为６．５９±１．６８ｍｉｎ，注药４ｈ后凝血时间为４．１６±１．３９ｍｉｎ，比注药前缩短了２．３７±０．６５ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．００１）；对照组小白鼠注同样剂量生理盐水，注射前凝血时间为５．９９±１．２７ｍｉｎ，注射４ｈ后凝血时间为５．９７±１．８０ｍｉｎ，注射前后无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．５）。

Extract fluid of Tibetan Snow Cock's feather was i.m. in white little rat, the change of coagulant time was ditermined by slife method.The coagulant time reduced from 6.59±1.68 min(before injection to 4.16±1.39min (4 h after injection). No change was found in control group in which 0.9%.NaCl was used.The results showed that the extract fluid had evident coagulant function. \ \
