民营企业同其他企业一样,在生产经营管理活动中产生、积累了大量的有用资料,是企业发展的重要信息资源。但由于民营企业档案工作起步较晚、管理不善,影响了企业的发展。应提高民营企业对档案工作重要性的认识,设立专门机构,配备专门人员,强化民营企业的档案管理。

Private enterprises , which are as same as the other enterprises, have accumulated a lot of useful data in their productive and management activities, which forms a resource of important information , However , the work of archive administration ,because of their later start and lack of better management , still influences the development of enterprises. So ,it is necessary for us to realize furtherly the importance of archive administration in private enterprises ,to set up special organizations and choose special personnel so as to strengthen the archive administration in private enterprises.
