摘要
目的探讨下坡跑对大鼠2种不同功能运动神经元群降钙素基因相关肽配布式样的影响。方法应用霍乱毒素B亚单位结合胶体金逆行标认神经元复合免疫细胞化学反应的非荧光双标记法。结果30min下坡跑训练后第3d,快肌-趾长伸肌运动神经元群调质降钙素基因相关肽的表达显著增加,与正常对照组相比,下坡跑组趾长伸肌运动神经元群降钙素基因相关肽样免疫反应强阳性运动神经元比率由72.0%上升到90.4%;下坡跑训练未改变慢肌-比目鱼肌运动神经元群降钙素基因相关肽样免疫反应的配布式样。结论下坡跑上调快肌-趾长伸肌运动神经元群降钙素基因相关肽的表达,表明快肌-趾长伸肌运动神经元群比慢肌-比目鱼肌运动神经元群在降钙素基因相关肽表达调控上可能更易受到下坡跑的影响。
Objective To study the effect of downhill running on the distribution pattern of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in motoneuron pools supplying Soleus(SOI.) and Extensor Digitorum Longus (EDL) respectively. Methods The double labeling of Cholera toxin B subunit coupled with colloidal gold (CB-Au) retrograde identification combining with CGRP immunocytochemistry was mainly used. Results A single 30 min bout of downhill running up-regulates CGRP expression in motoneuron (Mn) pool innervating EDL. CGRP-LI strongly positive EDL-Mns in downhill running group increased to 90.4% from 72.0% comparing with corresponding control group, while there seems no effect on Mn pools innervating SOL. Conclusion Downhill running up-regulates the expression of CGRP in EDL-Mn pool, which indicates that EDL-Mn pool is more sensitive to downhill running than SOL-Mn pool in regulating CGRP expression.
