摘要
通过在催化燃烧炉Ⅲ型上燃烧特性研究,对测得的实验数据进行整理分析,根据催化剂表面温度的研究,发现催化剂温度影响污染物排放。当催化剂表面温度在1525 K左右,可达到近零污染排放。通过分析催化剂的寿命问题和催化燃烧炉的燃烧特性问题,得出了有实际参考价值的结论和规律,为进一步的科学研究奠定了理论基础,并且在一定程度上推动了催化燃烧炉的工业化步伐。
To study on combustion characteristics of catalytic combustion burner Ⅲ, the experimental data were tested and analyzed. According to study on the catalyst surface temperature, the result shows that the catalyst temperature have influence on pollutant emissions. When the catalyst temperature is below 1 525 K, "near zero" pollutant emissions can be achieved. With the theoretical and experimental analyses on the lifetime of catalyst and combustion characteristics of catalytic combustion burner, the valuable data were obtained. To some extent, it will promote the catalytic combustion burner for industrialization.
