长三角地区产业重复投资与协同发展研究

Research on the Repetitive Investment and Co-development in the Area of Changjing River Delta

所谓的长三角地区产业重复投资以致引起结构趋同与过度竞争问题不断为学界和有关部门关注,而我们通过研究发现,该地区因重复投资引起结构趋同与过度竞争问题并不突出,正是区域内产业的有效竞争使得该地区表现出领先于全国的经济活力和强大的产业竞争力。但面对经济全球化和国际国内竞争以及产业发展的新趋势,长三角地区有必要防止过度竞争,加强区域产业的一体化融合,并尽可能通过投资政策的协调来提高区域的产业竞争力。

At present, so-called industry repetitive investment in the area of Changjiang River delta which caused the same industrial structure and over-competition are paid close attention by researchers and related departments. But in research, we find that the same industrial structure and over-competition which are caused by repetitive investment are not serious. In other words, the effective competition of the industry leads to the vigorous economy and strong industry competitiveness in the area. But with the economic globalization, international and domestic competition and the new trend of industry development, it is necessary to prevent over competition and to strengthen industry integration in the area of Changjiang River delta, and to improve the industry competitiveness of the area by coordination of the investment policy as far as possible.
