摘要
彩票合同是一种典型的格式合同。在彩票合同关系中,当事人双方的权利义务主要取决于事前制定的合同条款的具体规定。合同当事人不应享有合同规定之外的权利,这是合同内容特定的必然要求。
The lottery ticket is a typical format of the contract. In the contract relations, the rights and obligations of the parties depends on the specific terms of the contract provided in advance by the supplier of the contract. Parties to the contract should not enjoy the rights which is not existed in the contract is the fundamental requirement.
