公路隧道衬砌裂损病害检测与治理对策 被引量:23

摘要 目的为治理公路隧道病害,针对病害检测结果提出了治理方案.方法采用地质雷达方法进行无损检测及弹塑性有限元方法对治理前、后衬砌结构受力状态进行分析.结果探明了该隧道衬砌厚度、衬砌混凝土强度、衬砌混凝土密实度、衬砌背后空洞分布和范围.对隧道结构衬砌裂损病害采取补强措施,即衬砌背后空洞的填充和衬砌本身的加强;对隧道漏水病害设置必要的防排水设施,从导排、防漏两方面入手,解决隧道漏水问题;数值分析表明治理后衬砌结构处于稳定状态.结论实际应用取得良好效果,治理方法可应用到相似病害隧道加固治理工程中. Through nondestructive examination method with geo- radar, the distress of Shi xia road tunnel was detected. Thickness, strength of the lining arch, compactness and cavity distribution behind the lining arch were obtained. The treatment scheme was put forward with analogue method such as injecting slurry in the cavity;constructing shot concrete strengthening shell;installing bolt in the spring to strengthen stability; laying drain semi- canal to settle leakage disease and so on. Based on elastic- plasticity FEM program, the stability of surrounding rock and the state of forces of the lining structure were analyzed before and after treatment. It shows that the reinforcement treatment scheme of the tunnel is feasible and can be used to the similar distress tunnel.
