摘要
为解决石油热采密封技术中密封材料润滑、高温氧化与遇热膨胀问题,从复合材料结构角度讨论了Ag/石墨基复合材料在石油热采密封技术中应用的可行性。研究了真空高压浸渍法制备工艺条件对A∥石墨密封环性能的影响,采用XPS、SEM等研究方法对Ag/石墨密封环进行能谱和显微结构观察与研究,研究结果表明Ag/石墨密封环表层主要由Ag、C元素构成,并混有少量的O、S,Ag含量少,内部为C且石墨片层三维有序。为验证Ag/石墨密封环密封效果,对系统进行空载、冷试、热试3项试验。结论:Ag/石墨密封环在压力25MPa、温度350℃工况下运行,系统无泄漏、咬合发生。
In order to solve the problems of lubrication, oxidation and expatiation of seal unit using in heat extraction of oil at high temperature, Ag/graphite composites seal tings are used. The seal tings were prepared by high pressure-infiltration method. The influence of this method upon the performance of seal ring was discussed by using Gribbs' theory. The energy spectrum and microstructure of Ag/graphite composites were studied and observed by SEM, indicating that the surface elements are composed of Ag, C ,O and S .There are only C elements under the surface of the ring and the structure is parallel slices. The no-loading test, cold test and high temperature test were made to certify the effect of seal tings. The result is that there was nearly no leaking in the system under 25MPa at 350℃.
