不同牵伸条件下粘胶基碳纤维拉伸强度的Weibull分布模型

摘要 运用两参数Weibull分布模型分析了不同氧化和碳化牵伸条件下粘胶基碳纤维的拉伸强度分布,测定了不同条件下强度,并利用自编的计算机程序对所得数据进行分析,计算获得了Weibull平均强度(σ),Weibull形状参数(m)和尺度参数(σ0)。同时,模拟了粘胶基碳纤维的断裂存活概率密度函数。结果发现氧化和碳化牵伸都对强度、模量和Weibull分布参数等有显著影响。讨论了产生这些影响的可能原因。 We applied a two-parameter Weibull distribution model to analyze the tensile strength distributions of rayon-based carbon fibers (RCF) manufactured under various carbonizing stretch ratios. Based on the experimental strength data and using a self programmed computer algorithm, the Weibull average strength (^-σ) and Weibull shape parameter (m) were then calculated. In addition, the probability density functions of the RCF strength were simulated successfully. Carbonizing stretch ratios are found to significantly influence the tensile strengths of the resulting RCF, the Young's modulus and the Weibull distribution parameters as well. The trend and possible explanations for such influence are also discussed.
