摘要
推导了一种解析降温结晶速率常数的新方法,运用Monte Carlo方法模拟PET降温结晶过程,并用新方程处理了模拟所得结晶相关数据。结果表明:在Awarni指数n确定的情况下,将结晶速率常数K(T)看作Gaussian函数时所得的非等温微分方程可以很好的解析降温结晶过程。
An equation to obtain the rate constant by cooling crystallization was educed. The Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the cooling non-isothermal crystallization of PET. The data derived from simulated process was dealed with this equation. The result shows that the differential equation for non-isothermal crystallization can be used to analyze the cooling non-isothermal crystallization quite well in case that K(T) is considered to be the Gaussian form and the Avrami exponent n is confirmed.
