摘要
以水量调度预案为基础,以防利津断流为基本控制条件,考虑水量传播时间、河段水量损失等因素,开发了黄河下游枯水调度模型。实际应用结果表明:通过月、旬和日调度模型的嵌套运行,进行实时人机交互,滚动决策,可以实现水库的科学调度和水量的合理配置,确保利津不断流。
It develops a low-water regulation model for the lower Yellow River based on a water regulation plan,taking preventing zero flow happened at Lijin as a basic control condition and considering the travel time and water loss of the section.The outcomes of actual application show that it can achieve scientific regulation of reservoirs and rational configuration of water and ensure no zero flow happened at Lijin through real-time manual-machine exchange and rolling decision conducted by the integrated operation of monthly,ten-day and daily regulation model.
