摘要
研究了电磁搅拌对小方坯连铸生产45#钢低倍组织和碳成分偏析的影响,通过试验分析表明,经过电磁搅拌后,铸坯内部质量明显提高,结晶组织更加致密;铸坯碳成分偏析程度在外弧侧比内弧侧严重,可以通过合理降低连铸钢水过热度、适度提高搅拌电流和搅拌频率加以改善。
This article introduced the improvement on microstructure and decreasing the carbon segregation of Mold E- lectromagnetic stirring in continuous casting of 45# billet. The experiments indicate the effect on advancement of inside quality and crystal structure though Electromagnetic stirring. The grade of carbon segregation that is easier to increase in the outer side than in the inner side can be decrease though the appropriate choice of the superheat and current with frequency on continuous casting.
