摘要
从受力分析入手,详细研究了横折缺陷的产生机理,认为精轧板形不良引起残余应力不均是开卷出现横折的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了生产中控制板形和优化开卷操作以消除和减轻横折危害的措施。
Research was carried out on the coil break defect of hot rolled strip by analyzing the strain distribution on the temper mill, and found out that the uniformity of the strip stress distribution caused by the bad strip flatness was the main reason, also, shape control and optimizing the operation can greatly reduce the coil break defect.
