摘要
介绍了开发轧制Ф20mm35K冷镦钢轧制工艺参数在生产具体实施过程中所出现的轧制难点问题,通过生产调整工艺参数的设计,以解决堆钢、成品表面划伤等难题,从而使各项经济技术指标得到显著提高。
The paper Introduced the pocess keypoints appeared in production of Φ20mm35K cold forging steel, The process parameter design for production adiusting to slove the problens such as push, surface scrap of fiuished product etc. and the economic and technical indexes were increased effectively.
