摘要
本文采用损伤力学和高温断裂力学相结合的新方法来预示高温零部件的设计使用寿命和剩余寿命。高温零件的断裂寿命t_r由蠕变裂纹开裂寿命t_i和裂纹扩展寿命t_g两部份所组成。作者运用损伤力学理论计算蠕变损伤开裂寿命t和用高温断裂力学方法来计算蠕变裂纹扩展寿命t_g。结果表明,它在锅炉管道弯头破裂寿命计算中的应用,取得了良好效果。
This paper presents a new method, combining damage mechanics with high temperature fracture mechanics, for the prediction of design and remaeent life of components under high temperature conditions. The rupture life tr includes he time to creep crack initiation tg and crack propagation tg ti is calculated with the theory of damage mechanics and tg with the help of high temperature fracture mechanics. Satisfactory results have been achived with the application of the new formula to estimate repture life of boiler pipe bends.
