摘要
对蒙脱土进行了有机磺酸化改性和结构表征,并用于对磺化聚联苯醚砜膜的杂化改性,同时制备了改性蒙脱土(SMMT),磺化聚联苯醚砜(SPSU)复合质子交换膜,对它们进行的物化和燃料电池性能研究结果表明:有机磺酸化改性使蒙脱土层间距有所增大,有利于改善蒙脱土片层间的有机亲和性和质子传导能力;在SMMT/SPSU复合膜中含有较SPSU膜更多的键合水,使膜在升高温度下的含水率提高,改善了膜在高温、低湿度下的质子传导性能,有希望由此开发新的高温质子交换膜。
Montmorillonite was organic sulfonated in order to modify the sulfonated polyphenylether sulfone (SPSU) membrane. The sulfonated montmorillonite was characterized by IR and XRD analysis. The SMMT/SPSU composite membrane and SPSU membrane were comparing characterized and investigated. The results show that the interlayer spacing of SMMT was expanded, which is desired beneficial to improve the composite membrane. The SMMT/SPSU composite membrane had more bind water than the SPSU membrane and improved the fuel cell performance under elevated temperature and low humidity condition.
