摘要
利用磺化处理后的聚苯乙烯空心球(S-SPS)作硬模板,采用简单的还原方法,大量制备了具有核,壳结构的Bi/S.SPS纳米复合物。产物采用XRD,SEM,TEM,HRTEM和荧光发射谱(PL)等进行了系统的表征.其中核为空心的有机物S-PS球,壳为无机Bi层,包覆在S-Ps表面上的Bi层厚度为50nm左右,纳米复合物的荧光发射谱相对于聚苯乙烯原料而言,具有明显增强且红移的紫外发射。结果表明半导体Bi粉体在有机物表面的包覆,可以明显增强有机物的荧光发射效率,提出了此核-壳纳米复合物的生长机理。
Bi shell/sulfonate-polystyrene core composite nanospheres with hollow structure have been synthesized by a simple approach using hollow sulfonate polystyrene nanospheres (S-PS) as hard templates. The product has been characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, FT-IR, UV-Visible and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The results show that the Bi powders with a thickness of about 120 nm are coated on the surface of S-PS spheres to form hollow Bi shell/S-PS core nanospheres. The PL spectrum of the nanocomposites shows an enhanced and blue-shifted UV emission compared with the bare S-PS. The formation mechanism of such a nanostructure is also discussed.
