摘要
利用钯催化剂(Pd(PPh3)2C12)和相转移催化剂(PTC),采用Heck交叉偶联缩聚反应合成了聚(苯撑乙炔-氰基乙烯苯撑)共聚物(C12-PPE-DCNTB),比较了聚合物的紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱特征。以ITO为阳极,Ba/A1为阴极,制备了构型为IT0,PEDOT-PSS/MEH-PPV+C12-PPE-DCNTB(1/1,w/w)/Ba/A1的本体异质结器件,初步讨论了活性层的光物理特征及器件的光伏性能。
poly(phenylene-bisethynylene)-alt-((cyano-styryl)benzene) alternating copolymer containing electron donor and electron acceptor units was synthesized by cross-coupling polycondensation with Pd(PPh3)2C12 and phase transfer catalysts. The UV-Vis and PL of copolymer were measured respectively. Photovoltaic devices based on the configuration of ITO/PEDOT-PSS/C12-PPE-DCNTB/Ba/A1 were fabricated. The photophysics of active layer, photovoltaic performance of the devices was also discussed.
