聚(苯撑乙炔-电子受体)共聚物光伏性能研究

摘要 给出了C8-PPE-BT,PCBM及它们1:4质量比的复合物的固体紫外吸收和荧光发射谱,并分别制备了ITO/PEDOT-PSS/C8-PPE-BT+PCBM(I/4,w/w)/Ba/A1、ITO/PEDOT-PSS/C8-PPE-BT+MEH-PPV(I/I,w/w)/Ba/A1两种本体异质结光伏器件,测定了器件的电流,电压特征曲线,包括暗处及光照(78.2mW/cm^2,AM1.5)条件下的曲线,测定了纯的C8-PPE-BT的光敏表征。 UV-Vis and PL spectra of C8-PPE-BT, PCBM and their composite (114,w/w) in solid state was were discussed. Two photovoltaic devices were fabricated in this paper, their configurations are ITO/PEDOT-PSS/C8-PPE-BT + PCBM (114,w/w)/Ba/A1; ITO/PEDOT-PSS/C8-PPE-BT + MEH-PPV (1/1,w/w)/Ba/A1, respectively. I-V characteristics of devices and photosensitivity of photovoltaic devices with pure C8-PPE-BT at zero bias were also discussed.
