摘要
以表面活性剂吐温20为模板,乙酰丙酮修饰异丙氧醇钛的表面活性剂模板法制备了纳米多孔二氧化钛有序薄膜;并用于组装成染料敏化太阳能电池,在模拟太阳光下的光电性能测试表明:开路电压为0.715V,短路电流密度为11.99mA/cm^2,光电转换效率为5.34%。对二氧化钛有序膜的微观结构及结构特征进行了表征和讨论。
Nano-TiO2 orderedted-film was synthesized by surfactant-assisted templating mechanism using tetraisoprppyl polystyrene orthotitanate modified with acethylacetone (ACAC)/tween20, based on that a dye-sensitized solar cell was assembled. The photoelectric property under simulated sunlight revealed an open circuit voltage was 0.715V, a short circuit current density was 11.994 mA/cm^2 and its overall energy conversion efficiency of light-to-electricity was 5.34%. The TiO2 orderedted-film was characterized by SEM and XRD.
