摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)和光致荧光光谱(PL),对多孔硅的微结构和光致可见光发射进行了研究.结果表明,多孔硅的发光机理与其微结构之间有着密切的联系.多孔硅是大量的晶体结构的柱状或球状硅组成的,并且呈现一种有序结构,人们较普遍认为多孔硅的有效发光是起源于电化学腐蚀过程形成的纳米结构——硅量子线或量子点。
Microstructure and light-induced observable-light emission of porous Si are studied by the use of scanning electronic microscope,atomic force microscope,and photoluminescent Spcetrums.It is shown that there is a close relation between mechanism of light emission and microstructure of porous Si.The results obtained in this paper agree with those predicted by the model in which porous Si consists of much amount of cylindric or ballic crystal structures,and exhibits a kind of ordering structure,efficient emmission of light of porous Si originates from some nanostructures-quantum wires and quantum dots formed in the process of electric chemical erosion.
