摘要
利用单微乳法制备了Ti02-柴油/水微乳体系。微乳液的溶水量越大,更容易在柴油微乳体系中使钛酸丁酯水解形成TiO2水合物。柴油/水微乳液由于微爆机制能够提高试样的相对热效率,但由于溶水量较多,使得试样燃烧热值明显下降。与单纯的柴油/水微乳液相比,TiO2-柴油/水微乳复合体系的燃烧热值和相对热效率均明显提高。在溶水量为17.5%的情况下,其燃烧热值可以达到0#柴油的97%。
The TiO2 particles-diesel oil microemulsion system (TiO2-W/O system) were prepared using single- microemulsion method. The hydrolysis of the Tetrabutyl orthotitanate in microemulsion was accelerated by improving water content. The samples' relative thermal efficiency increased because of microexplosion mechanism. However their heat value of combustion decreased apparently with water content increasing. Both the heat value of combustion and relative thermal efficiency of TiO2-W/O system were raised apparently compared with those of simplex microemulsion. When the water content was 17.5%, the combustion heat value of TiO2-W/O system was up to 97% of that of disel oil.
