Financing barriers and its countermeasures for Chongqing small and medium-sized enterprises

中小企业在发展过程中融资难问题已经成为制约我市中小企业发展的瓶颈。如何解决好该瓶颈问题,关乎重庆经济能否更快更好发展,须从企业自身财务管理、业绩提升、信用建设,以及增加中小银行数量、建立政策性金融体系、创新融资模式、完善资本市场等多方面着手努力,方见成效。

The difficulty in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises of Chongqing has become the bottleneck to restrict the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises. How to solve the bottleneck problem is related to whether Chongqing economy can better and more rapidly develop. It is effective to consolidate the financial management of the enterprises, to promote their performance and profitable ability, to enhance credit construction, to increase the number of small and medium-sized banks, to establish policy-related financial system, innovative financing mode, and to perfect capital market and so on.
