摘要
教学素养是影响教师教学质量的关键。对重庆市高校教师教学素养的调查分析发现:教师们在职业动力,知识的积累与更新,灵活选用各种教学方法,以及研究意识与科研能力的提升都存在较多问题。为此,提出了一些促进提高教师教学素养的策略。
Teaching accomplishment is the key to influencing teachers' teaching quality. The survey on teachers' teaching accomplishment of Chongqing's colleges and universities indicates that there are many problems in professional motive power, the accumulation and renewing of knowledge, flexibly selecting teaching methods, and promotion of research consciousness and scientific research ability. As a result, some strategies are provided for promoting teachers' teaching accomplishment.
